As an Assistant Key Account Management, you will support the team in account management and work closely with the key account managers. You will process maintenance and optimisation requests for existing customer systems in cooperation with various specialist departments and accompany the implementation process. Together with the Key Account Manager, you will be the contact person for questions from internal departments and our customers.
