Assistant Key Account Management

(M/F/D)*

As an Assistant Key Account Management, you will support the team in account management and work closely with the key account managers. You will process maintenance and optimisation requests for existing customer systems in cooperation with various specialist departments and accompany the implementation process. Together with the Key Account Manager, you will be the contact person for questions from internal departments and our customers.

WHAT YOU'LL BE HANDLING

  • Support of the Key Account Manager in organizational matters
  • Independent and service-oriented handling of customer requirements in the after-sales area (e.g. warranty extensions, maintenance, maintenance, change requests) 
  • Quotation including calculation, invoicing and auditing
  • Proper documentation of enquiries and orders

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Completed technical or commercial training (technical or commercial apprenticeship or FS/HTL training in the field of mechatronics, automation technology or IT)
  • Professional experience in technical internal sales or customer service is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills, quick comprehension and service orientation
  • Good knowledge of German and English and experienced use of MS Office

WHAT YOU'LL RECEIVE

We offer an attractive salary in line with the market, which can be above the collective agreement depending on qualifications and experience. The minimum gross basic salary based on full-time employment per year is 41.212 Euro.
