Pre-Sales (start SG3 detail design phase):
- Consult, challenge, and validate the solution can be delivered as proposed.
- Audit Risk and Opportunity Register.
Detail Engineering:
- Guide and synchronize engineering across the core teams, integrating the design assumptions, contractual commitments, layout, system and operations requirements, simulation strategies, software and controls, mechanical equipment, and third party products to align solution intent through to final acceptance.
- Define tests scenarios and audit test plan and results to prove system is ready for hand-over.
- Define system data and KPIs to track in order to measure system behavior.
Commissioning and Ramp-Up:
- Ensure readiness and manage expectations for customer takeover; contribute to issue management and resolution.
