Senior Controller (m/w/d)

TGW develops and implements turnkey intralogistics solutions worldwide, operating subsidiaries in Europe, the US and Asia. To continue our success in the future we require good planning, controlling and continuous monitoring of all corporate divisions.

We are looking for an experienced controller to strengthen our seven-person team located in Wels and support them in the investment controlling of defined foreign manufacturing sites and R&D. In this responsible position, you will be in regular contact with our international subsidiaries and will be the contact person for questions concerning controlling and business administration. Apart from budget planning and the preparation of forecasts, you will also be responsible for evaluating ad-hoc analyses, identifying relevant KPIs and writing reports for the management summarising your deduced results and measures. With your analytical and holistic approach, you are also in charge of exciting special projects.
 

WHAT YOU'LL BE HANDLING

• Punctual creation of correct, comprehensive deviation and ad-hoc analysis regarding our company goals

• Responsible for evaluating resulting significant key figures and further developing analytical approaches

• Preparation and analysis of month-end, quarter-end and annual accounts as well as preparation of the annual budget plan and quarterly forecasts for defined departments

• Preparation, definition and implementation of standardised controlling instruments as well as participation in the optimisation of our BI software to ensure efficient reporting

• Ensuring data quality for the international companies

• Independent realisation of exciting projects (e.g. preparation of international guidelines and reports for harmonisation and improvement of transparency)

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• Completed commercial education with a focus on Controlling or similar

• At least 5 years of relevant job experience in an industrial environment

• SAP user skills; Navision user skills desirable

• Profound knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel

• Fluent Business English, willingness to travel abroad (20 % of working time)

• Communicative, structured personality with an analytical way of thinking and a good eye for numbers

The minimum annual gross pay for this position is 44,510 Euros according to the collective agreement. A possible overpay depends on your individual job experience and qualification.
