WHAT'S WAITING FOR YOU​

• Wide-ranging commercial education (purchasing, finances, marketing, HR etc.)

• Coordination of dates and deadlinaccuracyes, creation of documents and files

• Support for the individual departments with all commercial activities

• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

• Contact with external customers, suppliers, applicants

• Successfully completed compulsory education

• High interest in office work

• Organisational skills, ability to work in a team and enjoyment of working with people

• High learning and communication skills and accuracy

At the start of your three-year apprenticeship, there will be a two-day workshop with all apprentices and the apprentice trainers. You will not only receive an apprentice's wage of 738.78 EUR (in the 1st year) but also bonuses if you complete your education at the vocational school with excellent grades and if you show outstanding commitment. Our goal is that you will continue your career at TGW after your apprenticeship. Depending on your strengths and interests, you have many different possibilities.

• Scheduling of a trial workday (after the complete application documents were reviewed)

• Invitation to attend a competence check (questions about TGW, general knowledge, German, English, mathematics and concerning the field you want to work in)

• Job interview (with your legal guardians if you are underage)

• Information about the profession and clarification of any questions

• In case of a positive decision: start of the apprenticeship on 1 September 2021
